Harriet's Cottage in Whitby definitely exceeded my expectations! The room had such a cozy and homely feel to it, making me feel instantly relaxed. The two bathrooms with a bath or shower were an absolute luxury, providing convenience and flexibility during my stay.
For me, the only downside was the lack of a view from the cottage. However, I understand that some guests might not mind this and would still find the cottage to be a delightful retreat.

I always return to this cozy place in Whitby. The staff helped with a taxi tip on my first visit. It's perfect for me with Wi-Fi, off-site parking, and amenities like cycling, golf, cots. I keep coming back for city trips. No regrets!

The decoration at Harriet's Cottage was simply delightful, with a charming and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and thoughtfully decorated, providing a warm and inviting environment for all guests. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with well-lit hallways and comfortable seating areas throughout, ensuring that I could easily navigate the premises without any difficulty.
The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people would be a grab handle or assistive device in the bathroom. This would provide added support and safety, particularly for those with reduced mobility.

We had a lovely family weekend getaway. The beds were so comfortable and the linen and towels provided were of high quality. The cottage was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and homely atmosphere. The kitchen was stunning and well-equipped, making meal preparations a breeze. The patio yard was cute and provided a nice outdoor space. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the cottage, exceeding our expectations from the pictures. The friendly neighbors added to the overall welcoming feel of the surroundings.
It would have been more convenient if there were more cleaning products and cloths available, or if it was clearly stated that guests should bring their own.

My recent stay at Harriet's Cottage was absolutely stunning! The kitchen exceeded my expectations and the photographs didn't do justice to its size. The linen and towels provided were of high quality, adding a touch of luxury to the experience. The neighbors were friendly, making the stay feel homely and cozy. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The decor and furnishings were beautiful, creating a visually pleasing atmosphere. The patio yard was a cute addition, perfect for enjoying some fresh air. I highly recommend this cottage for a lovely and relaxing weekend getaway.
Although there was no shower or shower attachment in the bath, it did not hinder our experience as we were only there for a weekend. The owners are aware of this and are planning to add a shower room in the future.

The room at Harriet's Cottage was seriously cozy, like snuggling up in a fluffy cloud. I felt so relaxed with the soft sheets and the homey vibes. It had two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower, which was super handy for my family. We all enjoyed being able to choose our preferred way to get squeaky clean.
I personally didn't vibe with the decor, but hey, everyone has their own taste, right?

The decoration at Harriet's Cottage was simply exquisite. The beautiful furnishings and charming decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The general areas of the cottage were well-maintained and provided ample space for me to move around comfortably as a senior woman. , the cottage was easily accessible, making it convenient for me to navigate without any difficulties.
I would have loved to have had a shower or a shower attachment in the bathroom. As a woman with long hair, it was a bit tricky to properly wash and rinse my hair without a shower.

We found it a bit inconvenient that there were no cleaning products or cloths provided. It would have been helpful to have some available or to be informed beforehand that we needed to bring our own.
